Eduardo Orteu


He specializes in finding innovating and creative business solutions, and, most of all, efficient. He’s an entrepreneur constantly looking to move away from his comfort zone to accomplish the goals of Chat-Tonic and our clients.

Eduardo holds a B.A. in Business Management from Universidad de San Andrés as well as an MBA from IE (Spain). He’s a lecturer of Conversational Strategies and API’s at UdeSA MIND Program. Additionally, he’s a guest lecturer at the IAE MBA and a speaker at mobile industry events.

Sebastián Arena


He’s the engineer behind the Chat-Tonic technology. He’s passionate about writing software and developing technologies that make it possible to solve problems, he’s particularly known for providing comprehensive solutions.

He holds a B.S. in Engineering from Universidad de Buenos Aires. Sebastián has an extensive track record in the IT industry developing products and leading high-performance teams. Since 2013, he’s been a member of Minders Groups and lecturer at MIND (IA & Blockchain), Universidad de San Andrés’ digital transformation strategic program.

Federico Müller

Managing Partner

Our sherpa in transformation, implementation, and conversation strategy management processes for customer service, marketing, and sales. He focuses on how Chat-Tonic can enhance omnichannel relationships with our clients and optimize its processes.

Federico is in charge of business development and new businesses at Chat-Tonic.
He holds a B.A. in Public Relations and a postgraduate degree in Marketing Integrated Communications. He specializes in Cultural Transformation & Digital Business processes. For over 15 years, he worked as a Brand Strategic Planning consultant for various industries.
